This Privacy Policy describes how BR Center LLC d/b/a Seal My Record Now (herein referred to by DBA "Seal My Record Now," "SMRN," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use sealmyrecordnow.com (the "Site") and our document preparation services (the "Services").
The questionnaire is designed to collect information about your criminal history. Information about criminal convictions is sensitive personal information under various state laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar statutes). If you request deletion of your account, we will delete all data we are not legally obligated to retain. Information retained for tax or audit-trail purposes is kept in a restricted state and is no longer used for any active purpose.

No security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If we discover a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
The Services are intended for use by adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us at privacy@sealmyrecordnow.com and we will delete it.
Arizona statutes regulate certain juvenile-record proceedings differently. The Services are not intended for use in those proceedings unless an adult is using them to seek relief in their own adult-court case.
The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for use by Arizona residents. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" and "Version" at the top reflect the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
