These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sealmyrecordnow.com (the "Site") and the document preparation services offered through it (the "Services"). The Services are provided by BR Center LLC d/b/a Seal My Record Now (herein referred to by DBA "Seal My Record Now," "SMRN," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company.
By creating an account, completing a screening questionnaire, purchasing the Services, or otherwise using the Site, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
Seal My Record Now is a document preparation service. We are not a law firm. We are not your lawyer.

You are responsible for reviewing every form, signing it where required, filing it with the appropriate Arizona court, paying any court filing fees, serving the prosecutor or other parties as required by statute, and appearing at any hearing the court schedules. The Services do not relieve you of any of these obligations.
If you want legal advice, an attorney to review your case, or representation in court, you should hire a licensed Arizona attorney. The Site may include a referral link or button (e.g. "Need help? Talk to an attorney"). Any law firm referenced on the Site is a separate legal entity from SMRN. Engaging that firm or any other attorney creates a separate relationship governed by separate terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of, or have a case venued in, the State of Arizona to use the Services. The Services apply only to Arizona state-court convictions and Arizona statutory remedies. We do not handle:
The questionnaire will tell you if your case falls outside what we can help with, and you should not purchase the Services in those cases.
The forms we generate are based entirely on the information you provide through the questionnaire. We do not independently verify your answers. We do not access court records on your behalf as part of the Services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your answers. If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information, the forms we generate may be inaccurate, incomplete, or rejected by the court. Inaccurate forms may cause your petition to be denied, and a denial may carry a statutory waiting period (e.g., three years under A.R.S. § 13-911) before you can re-file.
You are obligated to review every field of every form before signing or filing. If you find an error, contact us promptly and we will correct it.
The court has full discretion to grant or deny any petition. Eligibility under a statute is not the same as a guarantee of relief. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that:
Arizona law, court rules, and local procedures change. The Services rely on our understanding of the law as of the version date listed at the top of these Terms. You are responsible for confirming current requirements before filing.
The base fee for the Services is seven hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($750.00). Additional optional fees apply for:
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout if required.
Fees are payable in full at the time of order via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize SMRN to charge the full amount of your order.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes apply only to new orders placed after the change becomes effective.

You agree that the Services are digital goods, that document preparation may begin immediately upon payment, and that you waive any statutory right of cancellation that would otherwise apply to digital goods once preparation has begun.
Standard turnaround for document preparation is three to five (3–5) business days from payment. Rush Preparation, if purchased, reduces this to one (1) business day.
Delivery is electronic. Forms will be available for download from your account dashboard at sealmyrecordnow.com and will also be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Delivery deadlines are good-faith estimates and not guarantees. If we materially miss a delivery deadline, your sole remedy is the refund described in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.
The Site, the questionnaire logic, the form templates, the software, the visual design, and all other content of the Services (collectively, "SMRN Materials") are the exclusive intellectual property of SMRN and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SMRN Materials solely for the purpose of preparing and filing forms in your own case.
You retain ownership of the answers you provide through the questionnaire and the personal information you submit. By providing those answers, you grant us a license to use them solely to provide the Services to you.
The court forms themselves (e.g. CRRR1 0f, CRSR1 1f, CREM3f) are public-domain templates published by the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County. We do not claim ownership of the underlying templates.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SEAL MY RECORD NOW LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR DENIAL OF YOUR PETITION BY THE COURT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE).
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
The limitations of this section apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMRN and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any inaccuracy in the information you provided through the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at the email listed in Section 18 and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal proceeding.
Forum. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Attorney review needed: Decide whether you want a binding-arbitration / class-action-waiver clause here. Both have pros and cons under Arizona consumer-protection law and AAA's recent procedural rules. This draft does NOT include arbitration; consider it carefully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" and "Version" at the top will reflect the current version. We will give notice of material changes by email to the address associated with your account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law or relate to a security issue, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
No failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is a waiver of that provision.
